Cost control: We offer specialist assistance with indicative costing and full bills of quantities or valuations. As part of our contract management we provide ongoing valuations and assessment of design and construction progress.
Feasibility studies: By carefully documenting the project concept and producing indicative costs we are able to assess each projects feasibility and make recommendations on ways to adapt if required to respective markets.
Progress reports: We can provide regular progress reports including valuations if required. These reports can be completed at any interval but normally they are weekly or monthly.
Project plans/schedules: We can produce project plans with Gantt charts including resourcing and any other information required.
